Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Lockwood is a General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight loss consultation and prescription services to patients in Lockwood, UK and surrounding areas. We operate in full compliance with GPhC standards and UK medicines legislation.

We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw treatment at any time if we determine it is not clinically appropriate for you. It is your responsibility to ensure all information provided is truthful and up to date. Providing false information may constitute a criminal offence and could endanger your health.
All prescriptions are issued solely at the clinical discretion of our GPhC-registered pharmacist prescriber following a review of your consultation. Completion of a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Prescriptions are valid for use only through Pharmacy Weight Loss Lockwood unless otherwise agreed. We do not issue private prescriptions for use at third-party pharmacies as part of this service. Prescriptions will not be issued for patients who have not completed a full and satisfactory clinical review.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
We use secure, encrypted payment processing. We do not store your full card details. If payment is declined, your order will not be processed and no prescription will be issued.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist prescriber, your medication will be dispatched and delivered within 1 working day. Delivery timescales begin only after pharmacist approval, not from the point of order.
Deliveries are made to UK addresses only. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays or incorrect delivery information provided by you. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before submitting your order.
You may cancel your order before it has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible using the details on our website.
Once a prescription has been issued and your medication has been dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for dispensed medicines in accordance with UK medicines legislation and patient safety requirements. If you believe you have received incorrect or damaged medication, please contact us immediately.
If your consultation is declined on clinical grounds before dispensing, you will receive a full refund of the consultation and medication fee.
The information and services provided by Pharmacy Weight Loss Lockwood are not a substitute for professional medical advice from your GP or specialist. We strongly recommend you inform your GP of any weight loss treatment you receive through our service.
Weight loss medications may carry risks and side effects. You must read all patient information leaflets supplied with your medication. If you experience any adverse effects, stop taking the medication and seek medical advice immediately or contact NHS 111.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
